The staff's attentiveness was remarkable, especially from Samantha, who really enhanced our dining experience. However, the lack of shelving in the wardrobe was a significant inconvenience during our longer stay, leading to a cluttered room. Furthermore, the reception's delayed communication regarding room upgrades left us in limbo at first. Despite these minor issues, the overall atmosphere was inviting and suitable for families.

This place suits me perfectly! I love the indoor pool, 24-hour reception, and the friendly staff, who helped me find great dining options on my first visit. I’m definitely coming back for another city break!
